Terms
Terms of service
Draft. This text describes how Foundry works today. It has not yet been reviewed by a lawyer, and paid checkout with real money does not open until it has been.
These terms cover the two things Foundry sells: the Decision Review (€199, one time, one evidence review of one assumption) and Foundry Continuous (€99 a month, new evidence reviews of assumptions already reviewed). A result states what your submitted evidence justifies under a fixed policy. It is not advice and not a prediction.
Who you are buying from
Seller details not yet published. The legal entity that sells Foundry, its address and its contact details will be stated here before paid checkout with real money opens.
What you are buying
- Decision Review. One payment of €199 pays for one evidence review of one assumption. Once your evidence has been submitted and evaluated, the result is final for that payment: submitting again returns the same review.
- Foundry Continuous. €99 a month, available after at least one completed Decision Review. While the subscription is in good standing you may run up to two new evidence reviews per calendar month on assumptions you have already had reviewed.
What a result is
A result is the output of a deterministic policy applied to the structured evidence you entered. It depends entirely on what you submit and how you classify it. It is not legal, financial, investment or professional advice, it does not predict whether a business will succeed, and it does not guarantee any commercial outcome. Decisions you take remain yours.
Your part
- Describe your evidence honestly. Foundry does not verify it.
- Only submit information you are entitled to share, and leave out other people’s names and personal details.
- Do not attempt to access another customer’s reviews, or to interfere with the service.
Payment and tax
Payment is taken by Stripe on Stripe-hosted pages. Prices are shown before tax; Stripe calculates any tax due and shows the total before you pay. Receipts and invoices are issued through Stripe.
Continuous: renewal, failed payments, cancellation
- Continuous renews each month until you cancel.
- You cancel in the Stripe billing portal, reached from your reviews page. Cancellation stops future renewals.
- If a renewal payment fails, new reviews are paused until the payment is resolved in the billing portal.
- Reviews already stored remain available to you after a cancellation.
Refunds
See refunds and cancellation. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under consumer law.
Access to your reviews
You reach your reviews through a session created when you pay, or through a single-use sign-in link sent to the email address you gave at checkout. Keep that inbox secure: whoever can open it can open your reviews.
Changes and availability
The policy is versioned. A stored result always shows the version that produced it and is not changed when the policy is later revised. The service may be unavailable from time to time; a payment that was taken is never lost, and an unfinished review can be completed from your reviews page.
Governing law
The governing law will be stated here before paid checkout with real money opens.
