Refunds and cancellation
Refunds and cancellation
Draft. This text describes how Foundry works today. It has not yet been reviewed by a lawyer, and paid checkout with real money does not open until it has been.
A Decision Review you have paid for but not yet submitted evidence for is refunded in full on request. A review that has been evaluated and delivered is not refundable, except where the law requires it or Foundry failed to deliver it. Foundry Continuous can be cancelled at any time in the Stripe billing portal, which stops future charges.
Decision Review
- Paid, evidence not yet submitted. Ask, and the €199 is refunded in full.
- Evaluated and delivered. The review has been performed, so it is not refundable. An outcome you hoped would be different is not a failure to deliver: Iterate, Kill and Abstain are results.
- Something went wrong on our side. If you paid and could not obtain a result because of a fault in Foundry, you are refunded.
Foundry Continuous
- Cancel yourself in the Stripe billing portal, reached from your reviews page. No email or call is needed.
- Cancelling stops future renewals. Your stored reviews remain available.
- A month already charged is not refunded for the part that has passed, except where the law requires it.
How to ask for a refund
Write from the email address you used at checkout and say which purchase it concerns. Refunds are returned through Stripe to the original payment method.
Refund requests: a contact address will be published here before paid checkout with real money opens.
Your legal rights
If you buy as a consumer, the law in your country may give you rights that go further than this page, such as a right to withdraw from a contract made online. Nothing here limits those rights.
